Non-Returnable Products
 
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
• Newborn & Infant Clothing (0–12 months)
• Toys (all types)
• Accessories (caps, shoes, sunglasses, jewelry, etc.)

Replacement Policy
 
We currently offer replacement only—refunds are not available.
You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
•You received the wrong product or size
•The item has a manufacturing defect
•The product was damaged during delivery
 
Important:
Please make sure to record an unboxing/opening video while opening your parcel.
This helps us verify any issue quickly and process your replacement smoothly
 
To be eligible:
•The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
•Items damaged due to washing, misuse, or improper handling cannot be replaced
 
 Refund Policy

At the moment, we do not provide cash or payment refunds.
All eligible issues will be resolved through replacement only.
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible (such as product unavailability),
a refund may be issued at our discretion to your original payment method within 7 working days.

 
How to Request a Return/Replacement
1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product
2. Share your order details, issue description, and unboxing video
3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or return shipping process
4. Your replacement will be sent within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned item
