Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Returnable Products
•Kids’ Daily Wear & Casual Clothing (1–10 years) are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
•Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging intact.
•Returns are only accepted in cases of:
•Wrong size delivered
•Wrong product sent
•Manufacturing defect
Important Notes:
•Products that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling by the customer will not be accepted for return or refund.
•Only items received in their original condition will be considered.
